Appraisals Are Us is a residential appraisal company founded in the beautiful Coachella Valley. Our business offices are located in downtown Palm Springs.

Appraisals Are Us has had the highest level of residential appraisal qualificiation since the State of California began licensing real estate appraisers. With literally thousands of appraisals completed, we have the experience and dedication needed to make your home appraisal an accurate, helpful process.

Appraisals Are Us appraises any residence that is 1-4 units. If you are interested in having a home appraisal, or are a lender who needs regular service, you may contact us directly or please fill out our order form and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

We frequently appraise new construction and lease land and do so at no additional cost.
